Tip 3: Obviously Obvious 5 tips in 1

1) Take stairs versus elevator (2 at a time will target the glutes)
2) Park far away from store so you have to walk further back and forth to vehicle
3) Carry grocery bags rather than using a cart whenever possible.
4) Opt to stand rather than sit when you can.
5) 10 squats everytime you go to the bathroom...not during of course...after. Knees should not go over toes, arms horizontal, right hand in a fist, left hand covering fist.

Tip # 1 : Hydration

100% Spring Water is the preferred water to drink, as it hasn't had it's nutrients filtered or steamed out. It is the most natural and most cleansing than others.

If you are thirsty then you are already dehydrated. Keeping a water bottle in your car, at the office, and the first thing item you see in the fridge will be some helpful reminders.

The first weight to go is water weight as it is however, drinking 8 oz of water prior to eating will significantly help suppress your appetite. Sometimes dehydration can feel like hunger.

So, basic tip : Drink 100% Spring water! a case can be purchased at a whole sale store, such as BJ's Warehouse, for about $4. Which is less than that Starbucks you drank this morning. ;)
